The needs of South Loop Elementary School (SLES) are always evolving, and so must the education it provides our students. Your generosity will give SLES the necessary fiscal strength and flexibility to address emerging priorities and leverage new opportunities.
Donate To Specific FUNDS
Choose a specific fund below you would like your donation to go toward.
In this day and age, the future is in technology. Tight CPS budgets limit the access our children have to the equipment and training necessary to stay informed. Your gift will make it possible for our students and faculty to have access to the latest equipment and technology in an ever-increasing tech-focused world.
You can help strengthen academic programs at SLES and make seed funding available to faculty to further develop the skills needed to provide a supportive and informed classroom. Your donation will deliver funding to drive innovative teaching and support socio-emotional development in the classroom.
SLES is a Fine Arts Magnet School, and equipment and supplies are needed to ensure the program continues to thrive. Your gift can help ensure our program is focused on the support, evolution and community awareness of the arts and arts integration.
Life at SLES is not only about the academics in the classroom. Today’s students are building community by joining clubs and activities that extend beyond the school day. Your gift can help students pursue interests and projects beyond the curriculum.
To take full advantage of all that SLES has to offer, every student should have the same access to supplies, supports, and services. Your gift will help make the educational experience an equal one for every student.
It is important for the school to have a great relationship with the community. Your donation to this fund will support the community events the school's Family Involvement Group (FIG) organizes.
Does your company match donations?
You may be able to double your contribution to South Loop School as many businesses and corporations match employee donations given to non-profit organizations. Check whether your employer participates in gift matching, or connect with your Human Resource or Community Relations Department.
